Sunday’s Best Features

Facebook Twitter

So, did you have a wonderful Thanksgiving?

We spent the day with Hubby’s family in Reynoldsburg (a suburb of Columbus).  Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes with giblet gravy, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, pumpkin pie and pecan pie.  We were as stuffed as the turkey when we were done.    Unfortunately, I’m now craving a cold turkey sandwich.  I will definitely be getting us a turkey soon =)

Sunday’s Best Features…

Wow!!  We had so many great link-ups last Sunday.  We almost broke the 100 mark.  I can hardly wait to see what we have tomorrow!

As I promised last week, Cathy and I will both be doing features on Saturday and then opening the new link party on Sunday.  So be sure to come back tomorrow (5pm E/4pm C) to link up your Sunday’s Best.

The most viewed link this week was from Heather at  Tatter and Fray and her wonderful Thrifty Finds.  She always finds the coolest Pyrex and glassware, among other dishware and accessories.  Stop by and check out her Etsy store where she sells her treasures.

Spring Blossom Green Vintage Pyrex

My favorites this week….

Lori from Thrifty Decor Mom shared her cabinet door she made-over into art.  I love the turquoise and vintage keys.

Gayle from A Tasteful Touch shared several of her pink projects but what really caught my eye was the paper ornament.  So sweet and quite elegant.

Next up we have Mari from Inspired By Family.  Faking Homemaking and Simple Hospitality is a wonderful reminder that nobody cares whether our house is spotless and whether or not we made everything from scratch.  Our friends and family care more about spending time with us.  This is a must read article especially with the biggest holiday of the year coming up.

Last but certainly not least, Bethany from Pitter and Glink shared her snowman made with embroidery hoops.  I love this and will definitely be copy-catting this awesome idea.

If you were featured, be sure to button up and let everyone know. =)

I am so amazed every day by the shear talent that abounds throughout the blogworld.   There are some down right amazing people out there and I’m so glad I get to share some of them with you.  Hopefully, you will come back tomorrow and show us the fabulous things you’ve been working on this week. ;-)

Don’t forget to go check out Cathy’s page My 1929 Charmer too, you just may have been featured over there.

I also want to thank Cathy for being soooo patient with me.  This is our third party co-hosting and I think I’m finally getting the hang of things.  I seriously didn’t realize how much work goes into hosting a party.  It’s  definitely a learning experience but I am enjoying it tremendously.  So THANK YOU VERY MUCH CATHY!!!! for allowing me to share your wonderful party and for being the wonderful person that you are, I’m so glad I ‘met’ you =)

That’s all for today folks.  Don’t forget, the new Sunday’s Best party starts tomorrow at 5pm Eastern.  Come join us and show everybody your fantastic projects!!

One last thing…..  Go Bucks!  Beat Michigan!!   Just had to add that since today is the last game of the regular college football season and the biggest rivalry.

See ya tomorrow for the party =)

Andrea

Thank you for including me in your featured blogspots, Andrea. You are appreciated. Hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving. We (in Canada) celebrated ours in October so no turkey leftovers today (sigh). Be well. Back soon.
