Returns & Exchanges
If items are purchased at our Frisco location, items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
If items are purchased online and shipped, items may be returned for a full refund within 10 days from when the item is received.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition and original packaging. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items, if applicable.
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to let you know your refund has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
All custom/special order/online artwork orders are made to order, are final sale and may not be returned. Final sale and clearance items may not be returned.
Items may only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.
