Accessories and Small Artwork
Accessories and small artwork (less than 40” width) are shipped free of charge, using standard ground service via UPS, FedEx or USPS, within the continental US only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Large artwork (greater than 40" width) is shipped via freight company and a shipping fee of $125.00 is applied to artwork that cost $500.00 or more. All deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Delivery is front-door delivery only. The customer is responsible for unpacking, and debris removal.
In-stock items are shipped from our store in Frisco, TX within approximately 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday) from order placement. Additional delivery charges may apply to items that are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping charges.
Special orders for artwork is shipped within 4-5 weeks of order placement.
If you live in the North Dallas area, we offer local delivery for a fee of $100.00 within a 30-mile radius of our Frisco, TX store.
All items are inspected before shipment. Damage can occur during transit. If your item(s) is damaged, please call or email us within 1-2 days of delivery. Please provide a detailed description of the damage and provide photographs of the damaged item(s) and/or packaging.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any additional return shipping costs.
